I'm Cody David Sanchez, founder of Sanchez Portfolio Group.
My background spans HR, education, and insurance — different industries, but the same underlying work: finding what's broken, building a better system, and measuring whether it actually worked. At my last role, that meant redesigning new-hire onboarding and seeing a 33% improvement in first-90-day success. That kind of concrete result is what I bring to every client relationship.
I hold an MBA with a specialization in HR and a BBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from UTRGV, along with certifications in AI-driven business strategy — not as credentials to list, but as tools I actually use. I also run Bricks & Logos, a solo AI-assisted media venture, so I'm not just advising on how to build lean and efficient — I'm doing it myself, every day.
