TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Sanchez Portfolio Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a consulting service through this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES
Sanchez Portfolio Group LLC provides business strategy and operations consulting services. Our advisory work is intended to support your independent business decisions. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or licensed financial/investment advice. Any recommendations, frameworks, or strategies we provide should be evaluated by you and, where appropriate, your own qualified legal, tax, or financial advisors before you act on them.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate information during intake and throughout the engagement, to participate in scheduled sessions in good faith, and to make your own final decisions about implementing any recommendations provided.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Foundation Session is billed as a one-time payment at checkout. Growth Advisory and Portfolio Partnership are billed on a recurring monthly (or quarterly, if selected) basis in advance, processed automatically through our payment provider. It is your responsibility to keep payment information current to avoid service interruption.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Written materials, frameworks, templates, and reports we provide as part of an engagement are licensed to you for use in your own business. We retain ownership of our proprietary methods, templates, and frameworks and may reuse general (non-confidential) frameworks with other clients.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
We will not disclose confidential business information you share with us during an engagement to third parties, except as required by law or with your written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our services are advisory in nature. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanchez Portfolio Group LLC is not liable for business outcomes, financial results, or decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement in question.

7. CANCELLATION

8. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR TERMS
We may update these Terms or our service offerings from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
